My Taylorstock Guitar in the Video

Wow, I always thought I was special at Starbucks watching my caramel macchiato being made with my name on the cup and seeing the production culminating with a squirt of caramel but...............seeing my TS guitar on the video through the various production stages including the abolone being inserted was incredible!!!! :)

I almost thought for a moment the video was going to end with showing the finished guitars that were featured in the epilogue but I'm glad it didn't....it would have been too emotional. :roll:

Best wishes to all of you receiving your special guitars in the next 3-4 weeks.

Several of us (Meridian being the most vocal) are having to live vicariously thru your's and other's guitars being seen in Buddiesorg's daily reports and in the TS video....which is a least a few steps less painful than those who are watching and for whom there is no golden moment at the end of this rainbow (meaning those who were unable to make it to TS, or who made it but couldn't order). Waiting (something JW can articulate well at this juncture) is tough......the pictures and vids are great....did I mention waiting sucks. It's great seeing everyone's guitar being built, and someday I hope to see mine (live and in person).

Sorry guys, didn't mean to fuel your anxiety but I bet your guitars haven't made it to print or video because they are getting SPECIAL attention from Uncle Bob and he's secluded them from the general population so they make it through just PERFECT! :)

It was very difficult watching my guitar on video...I was thinking "Hey slow down with that chiesal" and "Don't scratch my top", etc. I almost envy you not having to see your beloved instrument going through surgery............OK, at least I'm trying to make you feel better.:)

Patience my friends, you will soon be rewarded.

I don't know if more fortunate individuals have ever lived, such as those of us who are smack dab in the "middle of the golden age of guitar building" (quoting Dan Crary there), who can remember BobT's smiles, and are gonna be getting some killer (add your own word here) guitars in the near future which have been built with loving care by Bob's team.

Look up, the Swedish bikini sky diving team is bound to be floating to earth!

Tom, I have some inside information that says that your guitars and meridian's guitars are being made in a top secret basement at the Taylor factory, by Santa's elves. Hey, they've gotta do something on the off season! :)
