Never been to one of these before. Should you bring your guitar with you?? I've seen on here where people have had the techs work on their guitars at this type of thing. Will they be doing that here?

sandy, i'm not sure if there is one going on in chicago anytime soon, but i know for a fact there is one at the music center in kenosha, wi right around that same time if you were interested in hitting one. the date doesn't appear to be on their website, but a phone call i'm sure would do the trick.
(glenn christiansen is probably the guy to talk to)

Yes bring all your Taylor guitar(s). I took three of mine to Mundelein last night for a once over. My 814ce got a new preamp. Free of charge 'cause I am the original owner. It still didn't sound right to I took it to Kenosha tonight and the two sensors were replaced. Again, total cost, ZIP, Nada, Zero dollars.
They are not doing restringing but they will tweek and repair electronics.
Great deal as I never had to give up the guitar to get it repaired.
Taylor is just a first class company from the top to the bottom.
I took photos tonight so maybe tomorrow I will post a few.
